I am not exactly a food fanatic. However, I do appreciate a quick and easy fix which also taste yummy. This is one of them:
Recipe:
3 large tomatoes (diced seedless)
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped parsely
1 tsp chopped garlic (can be fried with the oil, if preferred)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp coarse black pepper
½ tsp salt
Mix all tog & chill. Eat with toasted bread or whatever u like.
